At YOUNGGENERATION, we want you to love your style; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
